Apples – Yes Can Eat

Avocado – Yes and No
Avocados are a very debated subject, some people say that it is toxic while others have said it is not toxic. I tend to agree that Avocados are not toxic. If you do decide to feed your dog avocado, don’t give her the skin, pit, leaves, or bark.
Alcohol – No!
Under no situation should any pet be given a lick of alcohol! Let alone a bottle! It does damage to the brain and liver just a tiny bit will do some major damage!
Applesauce – Yes
Best to only give to your dog in small amounts, it could give them upset stomachs.
Bananas – Yes Can Eat
Bananas are high in potassium, vitamin B6- and C, some vets do recommend the banana as a safe fat-free snack. The banana grows bones and takes in proteins that the body needs.
Blackberries – Yes can eat
If you want to give your dog a sweet, juicy, extremely healthy snack then you can give your dog blackberries. Whether it is frozen or right out of the package it is a great treat for dogs!
Black Pepper – Can sort of eat
While the dog can eat black pepper there is a very very thin line between just right and too much! Spill a little on the floor and you’re fine. But sprinkle some into the dog food and your asking for trouble.
Blueberries – Yes Can Eat
Blueberries are safe and very nourishes for a dog, we have blueberry bushes at our home, and our dogs love to come with us and eat some of the fallen blueberries.
Broccoli – Yes Can Eat
Your dog can eat raw and cooked broccoli, broccoli is high in vitamin C high in fiber, and is low in fat.
Bell pepper – Yes!
Dogs can have all bell peppers, but the red bell pepper is high in Vitamin A, C, E. Meanwhile the hot peppers are not edible for a dog and can cause:

Coffee – Cannot Eat
Coffee or any caffeine is very toxic and will kill an animal.
Chocolate – Cannot Eat

Carrots are great for dogs! High in fiber and vitamins.
Cantaloupe – Yes, Can Eat!
Dogs can have cantaloupe, and it is high in Vitamin A, B6, vitamin c, potassium, good in fiber, niacin, and folate. The fruit is high in water like the watermelon, there are some drawbacks to the cantaloupe. Like the watermelon, the seeds can cause a blockage in the intestines, the peel of the cantaloupe cannot only cause gas but can also be chocked on.
Cauliflower – Yes Can Eat
Yes, your dog can have a minimal amount of cooked, unseasoned. You can give them uncooked, but your dog will have a lot more gas.
Corn – Yes Can Eat
Corn is safe, but as I said up above in small quantities, corn is healthy for your dog as well it has carbs, a good source of protein, linoleic acid, and it has antioxidants.
Celery – Yes Can Eat
Yes, dogs can eat celery, but only in small amounts, if you do give your too much your dog will urinate a lot more than usual.
Dates – Yes Can Eat
Yes, Dogs can eat Dates! But only in moderation!
Eggs – Yes Can Eat
Eggs that are raw and or cooked are perfectly safe to give to a dog but in moderation as always.
Green Beans – Yes
Yes! Dogs can eat green beans cooked or raw, just make sure that there is no seasonings on them.
Grapes/Raisins – Cannot eat
Grapes are toxic to dogs; the exact reason why grapes and raisins are toxic is not known.
Honeydew – Yes Can Eat
Dogs will absolutely love Honeydew!
Hummus – No
Hummus is very toxic to your dog
Honey – Yes Can Eat
Honey has a small number of vitamins, feed your dog too much, and your cute dog will become obese. However raw honey should not be given to puppies or adults who are sick.
Lettuce – Yes Can Eat
The dog can eat lettuce just like us, all lettuce types are safe for the dog to eat.
Lemons – Cannot Eat
Psoralen compounds and fragrant oils are toxic to the dog, which can cause upset tummies.
Leeks – Cannot Eat
The leeks are apart of the Allium family and so are toxic to dogs, toxic doses of leeks or any Allium plants will cause harm. Toxic doses of Leeks can cause oxidative damage to the red blood cells. Making them more likely to rupture.
Macadamia Nuts – Cannot Eat
Macadamia nuts and things that are baked with it can be fatal to the dog, even one or two nuts can make the dog seriously ill.
Mushrooms – Yes Can Eat
Some scientist says that store-bought mushrooms if accidentally dropped are ok, but some others say no. So if in dought don’t let your dog eat it. Mushroom outside can and will kill your little family member, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson dog died after eating a mushroom back in 2015.
Mango – Yes Can Eat
Yes, they can certainly eat the mangos but they are actually good for them! Giving them essential supplements like A, B6, C, and E.
Okra – Yes Can Eat
Okra can be eaten by dogs, in fact, okra has vitamin C and B, calcium, potassium, folic acid. The okras also help with the health of your dog’s immune system, bones, nervous system, and more. It also helps dogs regulate the dog’s blood sugar as well as supporting cancer prevention cells.
Just don’t feed the dog okra every day, in fact, give a dog too many veggies the dog will have some VERY bad gas! and stomach problems.
Onions – Cannot eat
All parts of the onions are toxic to the dogs including dried onions are toxic as well.
Peanut Butter – Yes Can Eat
Beware dogs love peanut butter just as much as we do! Its like crack to a dog. If you give it to them once, and they are HOOKED on it for life!
Pineapple – Yes Can Eat
Fresh pineapples in small amounts is an exceptional snack for a dog. Canned pineapple needs to be avoided!
Pork – Yes Can Eat
The pork should be cooked without any seasonings. Pork is very rich so it can cause digestion problems.
Popcorn – Yes Can Eat
If the popcorn only has butter and a light dusting of salt the dog can have it. But if you add different types of toppings, it can hurt the dog.
Pears – Yes Can Eat
Pears are safe for a dog to overeat is not good for the dog so in limited amounts.
Rice – Yes Can Eat
Your dog can eat plain white rice that is cooked, sometimes if your dog is having stomach problems you can give her a little rice with chicken broth her.
Potatoes – Yes Can Eat
Dogs can have Potatoes though again in moderation.
Salmon – Yes Can Eat
Boneless and cooked Salmon is an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Avoid feeding them raw Salmon it could contain a parasite that can sometimes poison and kill your dog.
Strawberries – Yes Can Eat
They can eat strawberries, but only if they are not canned or in syrup. Over time fresh fruit helps with the dogs aging it strengthens the immune system, and it is a much better treat than the Milk Bones.
Sugar – Cannot Eat
Candy, gum, some diet foods, baked goods, and toothpaste contains xylitol. If your dog eats these, it can cause low blood pressure and can cause fatal damage to your dog. It can also cause kidney or urinary infections, bloodshot eyes, hyperactivity followed by deep depressions.
Squash – Yes Can Eat
Dogs can eat squashes of all varieties!
Watercress – Yes Can Eat!
Dogs can have watercress in very small amounts so an occasionally dropped watercress won’t hurt your dog!
Walnuts – No!
A dog eating a walnut off of the ground won’t really hurt him/her but a dog eating a whole lot may get these symptoms:

Watermelon – Yes Can Eat!
Dogs can have watermelon, watermelon has some vitamins like vitamin A, vitamin c, vitamin B6, potassium and is low in calories. The watermelon is mostly water, and so it is a perfect way to cool your dog down after a hot day in the sun.
Watermelon does have some minor drawbacks if your watermelon is seeded the seeds can cause an internal blockage. Also, the watermelon rind can cause some serious gas problems if you allow your dog to eat the rind.
Yogurt – Yes Can Eat
Yes, dogs can have plain yogurt with no additives, yogurt is high in calcium and protein.
